• Manage timelines and remove blockers to ensure success
• Conduct system reviews and promote high engineering standards
• Mentor colleagues for continuous technical skill improvement
• Provide production support and resolve technical challenges
Requirements:
• Strong experience in technology leadership roles
• Proficient in .NET, Java, JavaScript, and Azure
• Skilled in SQL and database management
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with clarity
