Position: Technical Systems Analyst with Data Skills
Location: Breslau

Drive systems initiatives at our company as a Technical Systems Analyst. Collaborate with HR and leverage tools like JIRA, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure for impactful project execution.

As a Technical Systems Analyst, you will manage systems projects from planning through implementation while ensuring process optimization. This role is focused on translating business needs into functional system solutions, providing technical guidance, and improving system logic for sustainability. In partnership with the Talent Manager and HR Analyst, you will enhance processes and drive efficiency in HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead systems projects from planning to implementation

• Track progress using JIRA and report project performance

• Serve as a subject matter expert in HR systems

• Develop data visualizations using Power BI

• Collaborate on system workflow solutions from functional requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

• 2-3 years experience in a similar analytical role

• Certification in Microsoft Fabric or equivalent preferred

• Familiarity with Azure and MS-SQL

• Strong knowledge of APIs and ETL tools
