You will ensure timely reviews of AI Builds, manage onboarding processes, and synthesize analytics to support strategies. This is ideal for candidates with operational experience in B2B services who are passionate about helping others adopt AI tools efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct first-tier reviews of AI Builds Catalog
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new and existing team members
• Maintain accurate People Roster and track progress
• Analyze monthly Claude analytics for insights
• Support operations for Wired In Wednesdays and Cloud Sessions
Requirements:
• 2+ years in an operations or coordination role
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT
• Strong written communication skills
• Attention to detail with review work
• Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks
