Key Responsibilities:- Deliver day‑to‑day first-level customer support via multiple communication channels.
- Oversee physical and digital technology asset management.
- Identify and recommend responses to evolving technology trends.
- Participate in quality assurance for IT upgrades and documentation.
- Monitor IT dashboards and tools for performance insights.
- Two-year Information Technology College Diploma.
- Two years of experience in educational IT support.
- Proficiency in asset and lifecycle management.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to meet physical job demands, including lifting and moving equipment.
