Position: Lead Machine Learning Architect at Faire

In this senior role at Faire, you will be responsible for the technical vision and development of our ML platform. Leverage your extensive experience (10-12 years required) to set standards for code quality, testing, and MLOps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the scalability and performance of machine learning workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define long-term architecture for the ML platform

• Establish standards for testing, MLOps, and model governance

• Lead advanced adoption of data and ML mesh patterns

• Architect scalable workflows using Spark and Delta Lake

• Serve as technical advisor for data science teams

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of ML platform development experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics

• Deep expertise in Databricks lakehouse architecture

• Proven design ability for production workloads

• Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture
