Take charge of EHR systems as the Database Administrator with Hope Services. Oversee database security, provide staff training, and manage software issues in a collaborative environment.
In this role, you will manage the security and administration of the EHR database. Key responsibilities include creating and modifying database reports, monitoring system performance, and ensuring billing accuracy. You will liaise with agency IT and provide training for staff on software usage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and modify all Avatar forms utilized by staff
• Develop and modify Crystal Reports for Avatar software
• Program reports using Visual Basic and SQL
• Ensure database connectivity for the counseling center
• Provide daily monitoring and correction of Avatar errors
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in database administration
• Proficiency in C language and SQL required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences preferred
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects
