Join NVIDIA as a Lead Technical Program Manager, focusing on GPU fleet reliability and MTBI metrics. Use your data analytics skills to improve operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
This pivotal role encompasses overseeing the DGX Cloud Fleet Health reporting program. You'll partner with Infrastructure, Capacity Operations, and Engineering teams to translate complex data signals into actionable decisions. Engage in hands-on investigations and lead programs that reduce fleet interruptions, enhancing overall reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the metrics framework for measuring fleet health
• Perform in-depth telemetry data investigation
• Lead end-to-end MTBI improvement initiatives
• Develop anomaly detection and reporting dashboards
• Present data insights to senior leadership clearly
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Technical Program Management roles
• 3+ years in relevant infrastructure fields
• Proficient in SQL and large data sets analysis
• Proven leadership in cross-functional investigations
• Master’s degree in EE, CS, or similar
