Transform learning experiences with Home Hardware as a Training and Documentation Specialist. This hybrid role focuses on creating impactful training and documentation for our Dealers nationwide.

Join the Retail Education & Training team to design engaging eLearning and documentation. You will apply strong instructional design principles while collaborating with internal teams and supporting users through webinars and training. This position is vital for developing training materials that enhance dealer performance and align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver online training content for diverse applications

• Develop instructional materials and coordinate learning content

• Manage and support The Expert Zone Learning Management System

• Collaborate with teams to meet documentation requirements

• Create quality training manuals and marketing materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or diploma in related field

• 3-5 years in technical writing and eLearning roles

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proficiency in technical software such as Articulate

• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
