Elevate dealer training with Home Hardware as a Document Development Specialist. In this hybrid position, you'll design impactful learning experiences that benefit dealers across Canada.

Work alongside the Retail Education & Training Manager in a collaborative environment, developing eLearning, training manuals, and written content. Your strong instructional design and editing skills will ensure quality material that empowers dealer teams effectively. Focus on establishing strong relationships and enhancing the learning journey for users nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver engaging eLearning and training sessions

• Coordinate and write educational materials for dealers

• Manage the Learning Management System and user support

• Collaborate on documentation needs for various products

• Maintain quality control for all departmental content

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or diploma in Adult Education or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills

• Familiarity with software like Adobe In Design

• Experience in retail or graphic design is a plus
