As a member of the Dayforce Labs team, you will oversee the end-to-end development of innovative AI models. This role requires strong collaboration with Product Managers to ensure the alignment of technical capabilities with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the development and deployment of AI/ML models
• Drive automation of model deployment processes
• Create predictive analytics and innovative dashboards
• Visualize data findings for actionable insights
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
• 4+ years of Machine Learning experience
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Py Spark
• 2+ years in operationalizing AI solutions
• Proficient in Python and machine learning tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
