Endpoint Operations Technician

Location: Canada (Remote)

Infocodec Solutions is seeking an experienced Endpoint Operations Technician to support and maintain enterprise endpoint and virtual desktop environments
.

The successful candidate will work with technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Microsoft Intune, and Windows endpoint management platforms
, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing environments for global users.

This role involves end-user escalation support and collaboration with Desktop Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure enterprise endpoint operations run efficiently and securely.

• Support and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments to ensure performance and reliability.
• Manage and operate Microsoft Intune endpoint management platforms

• Provide escalation support for global end-user computing (EUC) issues
  .
• Work closely with Desktop Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams to maintain secure endpoint environments.
• Perform endpoint provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management
  .
• Manage patching, operating system updates, and endpoint compliance policies
  .
• Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise environments
  .
• Perform endpoint imaging, application packaging, and deployment activities
  .
• Assist with automation and operational improvements within endpoint environments.

• 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Operations or End-User Computing (EUC) environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Expertise with Microsoft Intune and endpoint device management.
• Experience with SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager).
• Experience with Windows Autopilot deployment and device provisioning

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 / Windows 11 enterprise environments
  .
• Experience with endpoint patching, imaging, and application packaging
  .

• Experience with Power Shell scripting for automation and endpoint management
  .
• Understanding of enterprise endpoint security and compliance policies
  .
• Experience supporting large‑scale global endpoint environments
  .
