Automation Testing Lead – Tosca, Guidewire, P&C Insurance

Waterloo - Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Automation Leads with strong expertise in P&C Insurance, Tosca Automation, and Guidewire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading automation testing initiatives, driving quality assurance best practices, and working within Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead automation testing efforts for P&C Insurance applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Guidewire environment.

• Support Agile development teams by participating in sprint planning, test planning, execution, and defect management.

• Drive automation strategy, test coverage, and continuous quality improvements.

• Ensure testing deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.

• Mentor and guide team members on automation best practices.

Required Skills

• Automation Testing expertise, preferably Tosca

• Guidewire (GW) experience

• Agile methodology experience

Required Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience.

• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.

• Hands-on experience with Tosca Automation.

• Experience working on Guidewire implementations or support projects.

• Experience leading automation testing initiatives in Agile environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience leading testing efforts across complex enterprise applications.
