Take on a hands-on role as an AI Scientist & Data Engineer at BDO, focusing on transforming Assurance practices through innovative AI solutions. Enhance enterprise operations using advanced data science and machine learning.

This hybrid position in BDO’s Assurance Innovation Lab allows you to collaborate with diverse teams, focusing on prototyping and deploying scalable AI models. You'll need 3–5 years of industry experience in machine learning and generative AI to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and train AI and machine learning models

• Create intelligent automation solutions leveraging generative AI

• Prototype new AI use cases and technologies

• Assess model performance and compliance with AI governance

• Develop high-impact AI workflows for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Proficient in Python; R, Scala, or Java is advantageous

• Deep knowledge of AI and LLM frameworks

• Experienced in data science, including PyTorch and Scikit-Learn

• Skilled in cloud platform deployment and Dev Ops practices

• Familiarity with RAG architectures and multi-agent designs
