Position: Technology Resilience Executive at Sun Life
Lead the charge in technology resilience as AVP of Technology Resilience & Recovery at Sun Life. Focus on optimizing disaster recovery and technology oversight to ensure robust operational capabilities.

This executive role requires you to establish and manage Sun Life’s independent resilience challenge capabilities. By chairing governance discussions and challenging recovery metrics, you will strengthen the organization’s technology posture. Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop resilience capabilities and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks will also be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the technology resilience framework

• Challenge recovery processes and claims for effectiveness

• Maintain alignment with regulatory resilience standards

• Develop insights for Board preparedness on resilience risks

• Manage a specialized team dedicated to operational recovery

Requirements:

• Over 12 years of experience in technology resilience

• Knowledge of OSFI standards and operational risk management

• Strong ability to influence in cross-functional settings

• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills

• Certifications in resilience and cybersecurity are a plus
