Data Analyst Power BI Excel

This student role supports Manulife’s Print & Post function and its structured operating model. You will work with vendor, invoice, inventory, and operational data while developing data cataloging, reconciliation, validation, and documentation skills. The position suits a third or fourth year undergraduate or equivalent co-op or intern student.

• Build a structured catalog covering applications, vendors, and document types
• Map vendors to applications and identify data gaps
• Prepare and clean inputs for Power BI reporting
• Validate data and document assumptions, sources, and inconsistencies
• Document manual reporting processes and improvement ideas

• Third or fourth year undergraduate or equivalent co-op student
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and structured-data comfort
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to validate accuracy across multiple data sources
• Confidentiality, communication, and clarifying-question skills
