** Job Description
** Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire Claim Advisor, Auto. To meet our customers' needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Note:

work hours depend on the needs of the department.## Accountabilities:
* Review insurance policy and coverages
* Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability
* Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices.
* Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement##

Qualifications:

* Minimum high school education or equivalent
* 3 - 5 years of customer service experience
* Previous auto adjuster experience preferred
* Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies
* Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
* Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy## Bonus

Qualifications:

* Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) CIP designation
* Fluency in other languages, is a strong asset#LI-KT1
