Position: Procurement Specialist at Jetson

In this full-time role, you will oversee the Purchase Order lifecycle using Net Suite while ensuring optimal inventory levels. Your expertise in negotiations and supplier relations will help reduce costs and enhance the efficiency of procurement operations. Collaborate with various stakeholders, leveraging advanced Excel skills and ERP software proficiency to optimize purchasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full Purchase Order lifecycle in Net Suite

• Negotiate favorable pricing and payment terms

• Monitor stock levels using demand signals

• Maintain meticulous records for claims validation

• Liaise with vendors for claim settlements and credits

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in procurement or technical claims

• Proficient in ERP software and advanced Excel

• Strong negotiation skills for claims disputes

• Understanding of Total Cost of Ownership calculations

• Experience in HVAC or home electrification preferred
