Senior Demand Planner Position

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will produce accurate forecasts across diverse product lines nationwide. Your analytical expertise will support inventory purchasing decisions, while your role involves continuous improvement of forecasting methods and collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. You will be integral in enhancing the overall supply chain operations through modernized systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop baseline forecasts from historical sales data

• Collaborate on Promotional Lift validations

• Monitor and adjust forecasts for new product launches

• Facilitate cross-team consensus on demand assumptions

• Document Demand Planning best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Demand Planning

• Expertise in SAP/APO or related ERP systems

• Strong analytical and statistical skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
