In this pivotal position, you'll be the backbone of a Canadian operation, directly influencing contract management and tender processes. Your expertise in medical device contracting with Canadian hospitals and advanced ERP skills will be crucial. This role requires proactive communication, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex information for effective reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Provincial and national tender portals daily
• Prepare and submit compliant tender responses
• Administer active customer contracts efficiently
• Process purchase orders and track shipments
• Generate operational reports on order and contract status
Requirements:
• 4–6 years in contracts management or procurement
• Experience with Provincial Health Authority systems
• Bilingual English/French fluency is mandatory
• Advanced ERP and Excel skills required
• Knowledge of AI tools for process automation
