Position: North America Logistics Management Role
Location: Ayr

Take charge of logistics management at dsm-firmenich in Ary, Ontario. This role focuses on overseeing warehousing, transportation, and improvements in supply chain efficiency across North America.

As a Logistics Manager, you will lead complex operations involving third-party logistics and transportation partners. Your leadership will enhance inventory control and boost customer satisfaction. You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while facilitating continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics operations, including warehouse and transportation

• Oversee third-party logistics performance and issue resolution

• Ensure timely delivery of imports and exports

• Manage inventory and distribution effectively

• Conduct audits and support safety compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics

• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement projects

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
