Position: Energy Storage Procurement Coordinator Role
Become a pivotal Procurement Coordinator for energy storage projects at Canadian Solar, working remotely from Kitchener, ON. This role calls for substantial experience in procurement processes and contract management.

Your responsibilities will involve facilitating procurement activities, including managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of supplies. With a background in large-scale construction procurement, you'll help streamline processes for energy storage projects. This position requires both independent and collaborative work skills to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement orders and supply logistics

• Compile RFP and RFQ packages while negotiating with vendors

• Develop and enhance procurement policies and protocols

• Administer onboarding procedures for new suppliers

• Oversee procurement-related contracts and documentation

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of procurement experience

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline

• Strong organizational and communication capabilities

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
