Location: Ayr
Be a leader in logistics management at dsm-firmenich in Ary, Ontario. Overseeing warehouse and transportation operations, ensure quality and efficiency across North America.
In this pivotal role, you will manage logistics operations including handling imports and exports, inventory control, and collaborating with third-party providers. Your leadership will facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and support compliance with safety, health, and quality standards. You will work cross-functionally to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily logistics and distribution operations
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers
• Ensure on-time delivery of imports and exports
• Oversee inventory and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Drive compliance with safety and quality regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related
• Minimum 5 years in logistics and distribution management
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry preferred
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
