Tooling and PPE compliance are central to this Nordex position supporting construction and commissioning teams across North America. The role requires SAP, materials management, and logistics expertise.
The Tooling Specialist, Canada manages regional tooling and PPE assets for construction projects. This position supports TSA compliance through inspections, calibration, certification, inventory control, and stakeholder coordination. Strong communication, analytical ability, and collaboration with internal departments and external partners are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage tooling and PPE inspection, calibration, and certification schedules
- Maintain inventory records and track calibrated equipment expiration dates
- Coordinate tooling logistics and timely equipment delivery
- Support long-term maintenance schedules and documentation
- Align tooling readiness with construction project milestones
- High school diploma or relevant education and experience
- Five or more years in comparable positions
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to interpret drawings and schematics
- Fluent English and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
