An exciting opportunity for a Building Manager in the Kitchener/Waterloo area. This full-time role is ideal for an individual dedicated to both property maintenance and tenant relations.
As the Live-in Building Manager, you'll manage various maintenance tasks, ensuring the property remains clean and functional. Responsibilities include addressing tenant needs swiftly, performing minor repairs, and coordinating with contractors for larger projects. You'll also maintain positive relationships with residents, manage showings, and assist with efficient move-in/out processes to foster community living.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee cleanliness of all communal areas
• Respond effectively to tenant inquiries
• Conduct minor building maintenance
• Facilitate tenant move-ins and move-outs
• Maintain property logs and inventory
Requirements:
• Experience in building operations is essential
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Availability for on-call duties
• Strong communication capabilities
• A proactive and urgent work approach
