Become a part of Kingsley Management Inc. as a Live-in Building Manager in Kitchener/Waterloo. This full-time role focuses on property maintenance and fostering excellent tenant relations.
As a Building Manager, you will ensure common areas are clean and well-maintained while promptly addressing tenant concerns. The role requires coordinating with contractors for maintenance and assisting with move-ins and move-outs. Active engagement is key in maintaining a harmonious living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in elevators, corridors, and stairwells
• Prepare suites for new residents and manage tenant interactions
• Collect and record rent payments effectively
• Coordinate with contractors for additional maintenance needs
• Undertake grounds maintenance, including snow removal
Requirements:
• Experience in routine maintenance roles
• Strong ability to communicate with tenants
• Physically capable of lifting and handling maintenance tasks
• Willing to follow an on-call schedule
• Capacity for effective inventory tracking
