Service Technician

The Service Technician will be responsible for completing a regimented Preventative Maintenance schedule within existing customers. The role includes driving new sales with customers in Southwest Ontario and maintaining relationships with current accounts. The candidate must complete weekly tasks, provide Preventative, Emergency Service, and equipment installation, and offer product knowledge to exceed customer expectations.

• Execute the Preventative Maintenance Plan.
• Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation programs for each customer.
• Perform rotational emergency on‑call duties, required 1 in 3 weekends.
• Drive current sales in existing accounts.
• Fill out accurate Electronic Service Reports.
• Train customers on new products and equipment.
• Install new or replacement dishwashers and other systems.
• Adjust equipment to specific operating parameters.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
• High degree of mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Some sales experience.
• Experience with electronic technology (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related apps).
• Ability to work rotational on‑call weekends.
