As part of the management team reporting to the DC Site Leader, you will implement regular audits, manage site maintenance priorities, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Your role is crucial for maintaining building efficiency and compliance with industry standards, directly impacting employee safety and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct compliance audits regularly to ensure safety
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with contractors and internal staff
• Develop capital budgets for facility improvements
• Act as a liaison with zoning and insurance authorities
• Follow up on maintenance requests from tenants
Requirements:
• 5-7 years experience in facilities supervision
• Knowledge of fire, electrical, and building codes
• Capable of managing vendor contracts
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Willing to work flexible hours for emergencies
