Facility Maintenance Technician - Temporary

Position: Facility Maintenance Technician - Temporary Contract
Location: Baden

The Erb Group is hiring for a Facility & Equipment Maintenance Technician for a temporary 6-month contract at Baden Terminal. This role focuses on ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of our facilities.

You'll be responsible for verifying the condition of all terminal systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. This position includes daily inspections, documentation of repairs needed, and direct communication with management regarding maintenance issues.

Your role will also cover snow removal operations and maintaining a clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify building system conditions and operations

• Conduct daily facility walk-arounds for inspections

• Document maintenance and safety requirements

• Manage snow removal operations during winter

• Ensure proper function of HVAC and other systems

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in building repairs

• Capable of lifting over 50 lbs

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Must possess a valid G Class driver’s license

• Ability to perform repairs and operate equipment
