As a crucial member of the team, this role oversees all aspects of maintenance work including safety compliance and service quality. With responsibility for team management, you'll ensure the integrity of community facilities and uphold company values while addressing resident needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Conduct thorough inspections of systems and properties
• Lead and motivate the maintenance team with performance reviews
• Track work orders and vendor quality for service agreements
• Ensure prompt responses to resident inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of relevant property operations experience
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
• High school diploma with relevant training or certification
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Ability to lift and manage maintenance equipment safely
