Housekeeping Aide at AgeCare

Elevate residents' quality of life as a Housekeeping Aide at Age Care in Kitchener, Ontario. This part-time role is highly focused on ensuring cleanliness and comfort throughout the residence.

As a key member of the Age Care team, your mission will be to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for our residents. Your hands-on experience will contribute significantly by keeping spaces like dining rooms, lounges, and bathrooms pristine.

You'll work with various cleaning equipment to uphold the high standards of our long-term care facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the cleanliness of all resident areas

• Mop and polish floors using specified equipment

• Dust furniture and ensure proper arrangement of items

• Daily disinfection of sinks, toilets, and communication devices

• Assist with overall cleanliness of hallways and stairs

Requirements:

• Housekeeping experience is a plus

• Minimum education level is public school

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment

• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe facility
