Position: Maintenance Technician for Property Management
Join Related Group as a Maintenance Technician for Three Round Tower B&C, focused on comprehensive hands-on property maintenance and electrical repairs.

This role involves ensuring the functionality of equipment and aesthetics of properties through effective repairs and maintenance. You will handle a variety of tasks from general upkeep to specific technical repairs on electrical systems and machinery, working closely with the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and manage property maintenance

• Install and repair electrical and mechanical systems

• Execute preventative maintenance and document findings

• Respond to emergencies as needed and provide service

• Keep grounds maintained and free from debris

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Minimum of two years in property maintenance roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Clean driving record with valid driver’s license

• EPA or CFC certification preferred
