Position: Temporary Facility & Equipment Technician Role

Become a Facility & Equipment Maintenance Technician at The Erb Group's Baden Terminal on a temporary 6-month contract. This role is essential for maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Your key responsibilities will involve daily inspections of facility conditions and ensuring that all systems operate efficiently. You'll document maintenance issues, perform necessary repairs, and assist with snow removal when required. The role includes ensuring cleanliness in all terminal areas while following safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Document safety and maintenance concerns daily

• Maintain cleanliness of entrances and work spaces

• Assist with snow removal tasks in winter months

• Ensure proper operation of refrigeration systems

Requirements:

• Two years of general equipment repair experience

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• Valid G Class driver’s license required

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks

• Familiar with basic computer functions
