Key Responsibilities:

• Perform emergency and regular maintenance efficiently

• Assist with in-suite repairs and inspections

• Keep properties clean and orderly throughout maintenance processes

• Document maintenance tasks and resolutions

• Support safety efforts by complying with health regulations

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience recommended

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required

• Familiarity with various tools and repair techniques

• Availability for on-call shifts, including weekends
