Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain building systems and grounds

• Coordinate routine inspections and maintenance tasks

• Oversee minor repairs in plumbing and carpentry

• Monitor and replace lighting fixtures and safety equipment

• Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance

Requirements:

• General knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems

• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience in general maintenance and repair tasks

• Supervisory experience is an asset
