Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair building systems including plumbing and electrical

• Coordinate routine maintenance of grounds and equipment

• Schedule and oversee subcontractor inspections

• Complete checklists on maintenance procedures

• Ensure all lighting and call systems are functional

Requirements:

• General knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems

• Prior experience in general maintenance roles

• Strong communication skills in English

• Supervisory experience is an asset

• Flexible to prioritize tasks effectively
