Maintenance and Cleaning Role at FOXVALLEY

FOXVALLEY COUNSELING SERVICES INC. is seeking a Maintenance and Cleaning staff member for Doreen's Place. Focus on maintaining cleanliness and safety within the building and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of the interior and exterior spaces at Doreen's Place. Your duties will include cleaning common areas, ensuring compliance with OHS guidelines by keeping pathways unobstructed, and preparing units for new occupants. Yard maintenance, including snow removal, will also be a vital part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in halls, stairs, and stairwells

• Ensure areas are compliant with OHS standards

• Clean vacated units thoroughly

• Conduct minor maintenance tasks as needed

• Handle general yard maintenance, like snow removal

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance
