As Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance, working directly under the Plant Manager. This role allows for independence while ensuring effective maintenance strategies for the facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair equipment throughout the facility

• Ensure proper operation of heavy machinery

• Execute preventative maintenance and troubleshooting efficiently

• Perform welding and fabrication as required

• Manage daily maintenance schedules and tasks independently

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in industrial maintenance

• Strong aptitude for mechanical work and safety

• Familiarity with forklifts, cranes, and maintenance tools

• Competence in reading blueprints and performing welding

• Ability to prioritize work autonomously
