CMI seeks a seasoned Fixed Assets Maintenance Planner to join the Maintenance Team. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with site managers, procurement teams, and contractors to manage service requests effectively. Your expertise in maintenance planning will ensure the smooth operation of recycling facilities while you implement safety measures and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define work scope from incoming service requests

• Conduct field walks with site managers and contractors

• Implement safety controls for site-specific hazards

• Forecast work schedule and required skills

• Communicate with stakeholders to minimize operational disruption

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance planning experience

• Industrial Mechanic College Diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Excel

• Experience reading technical drawings

• Strong organizational and communication skills
