Your role ensures equipment and facilities are safe and welcoming.

Taymax Group seeks a dedicated technician for facility upkeep, focusing on preventative maintenance and equipment repairs. You will be responsible for updating work orders, ordering maintenance supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position touches all areas of maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, while maintaining open communications with club teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on all fitness equipment

• Manage and prioritize club maintenance requests daily

• Maintain lighting and cleanliness throughout the club facilities

• Oversee work by outside contractors as needed

• Implement health and safety best practices at all times

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Related trade school training is an asset

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving history

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
