This role includes four weekdays of work, every second weekend, and on-call evening duties, where you will take ownership of property upkeep and resident satisfaction. Your expertise in repairs and maintenance is crucial to maintaining our exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage minor repairs across property facilities

• Ensure properties meet cleanliness and presentation standards

• Interact effectively with residents and staff

• Utilize vehicles for maintenance operations

• Handle heavy lifting and snow removal responsibilities

Requirements:

• Background in property management or skilled trades

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Basic computer skills for property management tasks

• Ability to lift up to 100lbs when required

• Available for evening on-call responsibilities
