This position requires full-time availability, concentrating on the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, and laundry rooms. You will also clean tenant units after they become vacant and manage snow removal in winter. Focus on maintaining a high level of detail and safety while following established cleaning schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in lobbies and amenity spaces

• Clean tenant bathrooms and kitchens upon vacancy

• Perform winter snow removal tasks when necessary

• Follow health and safety guidelines during all cleaning

• Complete additional cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Prior professional cleaning experience is preferred

• Must lift items up to 20 kg regularly

• Strong reliability and attention to safety are mandatory

• Possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle

• Successful clearance of reference and criminal checks required
