Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct minor repairs for various resident requests
• Engage with residents and trades efficiently
• Keep shared spaces clean and orderly
• Perform heavy lifting and snow removal duties
• Operate small vehicles and necessary equipment
Requirements:
• Experience in residential maintenance or trades
• Strong verbal communication abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Capability to manage physical lifting tasks
• Maintain a clean and professional look
