In this full-time position, your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and directing all maintenance activities at the facility. You will work closely with maintenance teams to implement preventive measures and improve operational efficiency. Also, you’ll manage inventory and ensure compliance with safety and quality management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily scheduling of maintenance operations at the plant

• Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs

• Measure and analyze maintenance performance metrics

• Maintain comprehensive maintenance documentation and records

• Assist in project management for facility and equipment improvements

Requirements:

• Required postsecondary educational qualifications

• 10+ years of supervisory experience in the industry

• Skilled Tradesperson credentials or equivalent experience

• Strong interpersonal and organizing abilities

• High integrity and results-oriented mindset
