Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and ad-hoc building maintenance tasks

• Respond to and manage emergency situations promptly

• Clean and maintain both suites and common areas

• Ensure compliance with health and safety systems

• Assist with suite inspections and documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years in maintenance or construction

• Good knowledge of safety regulations
