As a vital part of the property management team, you’ll carry out inspections, minor repairs, and maintain common areas, all while enhancing resident relations through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine building inspections and maintenance assessments
• Perform general upkeep and preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces and corridors
• Prepare suites for new residents with inspections and repairs
• Assist with security needs such as lock changes and replacements
Requirements:
• Hands-on maintenance experience in residential properties
• Strong customer service skills with residents
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tenant tracking systems
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various tasks
