Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Apply mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills as a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician with Burnbrae Farms. Work Monday to Friday from noon onward.
This permanent Maintenance Technician role supports Burnbrae Farms’ manufacturing and food production operations. You will maintain production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure. The position requires mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge, plus preventative maintenance and diagnostic experience. You will work with operations personnel to support safe, reliable equipment performance and production objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Respond to breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime
- Maintain work orders and preventative maintenance documentation
- Follow health, food safety, environmental, and company procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years’ relevant maintenance experience
- Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
- Experience using tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software
- Availability for shifts, weekends, overtime, and on-call work
Use industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance expertise to support Burnbrae Farms’ production operations on-site.
