Keep Age Care residences clean and sanitary as a Housekeeper, using floor-care techniques and disinfecting skills daily. Support a comfortable environment for residents and visitors.
The Housekeeper maintains long-term care residences in safe, clean, and sanitary condition. Age Care prioritizes residents’ health, well-being, and person-centered environments within their homes. This position includes cleaning resident and common areas, caring for floors, and disinfecting fixtures and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and lounges
- Maintain activity areas, offices, hallways, and stairwells
- Clean, mop, wax, and polish floors
- Operate floor machines across designated residence areas
- Dust furniture and disinfect daily-use fixtures
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred
- Minimum public-school education is required
- Canadian work experience is not required
- Qualifications or applicable licensing support application eligibility
