This position at MNP focuses on leading client engagement teams to conduct assurance services, financial transactions, and internal audits. As an Assurance Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring client needs are met while providing mentorship to your team and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee assurance engagements and budgeting processes
• Deliver comprehensive insights through client communications
• Manage client accounts while fostering growth
• Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with quality standards
• Mentor and develop team members for success
Requirements:
• 4 to 6 years in public accounting
• Expertise in accounting and relationship-building principles
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Knowledge of Caseware, Tax Cycle, or similar software
• Willingness to travel as necessary
