Position: Facilities Management Supervisor Role
Lead facility management initiatives as a Facilities Management Supervisor at Stanley Black & Decker.

We are seeking a Facilities Management Supervisor with extensive experience in warehouse and office environments. You will be tasked with conducting audits for safety and compliance, prioritizing maintenance projects, and supervising teams to meet goals. Strong knowledge in building systems, including HVAC and regulatory frameworks, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular facility audits and compliance checks

• Develop and manage maintenance project timelines

• Supervise site staff and outside contractors

• Implement preventative maintenance programs and tests

• Serve as a liaison with vendors and tenants

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years in facilities supervision

• Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations

• Strong managerial and administrative skills

• Experience with vendor relationships and contracts

• Valid Ontario driver's license preferred
