We're looking for a Dental Clinic Manager in KWC

We are looking for a highly seasoned, driven, and strategic Clinic Manager.

  KWC Region - Placement at 1 of our 3 locations (Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge)
• Schedule:
  
  44 hours/week (clinic operates 7 days/week with extended hours; schedule set with Regional Director)
• Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

We're building a bench of exceptional leaders to take ownership of our growing network of clinics. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, energetic, and excited by the challenge of scaling a new practice.

As part of our unique leadership philosophy, you'll begin with hands-on training, including 1-2 months as a Dental Administrator, giving you a deep understanding of our patient experience and operations before stepping fully into leadership.

You'll be the operational and cultural leader of the clinic, responsible for both performance and team success:

• Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and internal processes
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and day-to-day HR functions
• Oversee billing, insurance processes, and financial accuracy
• Create and manage clinic budgets and performance metrics
• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Train and support team members on systems and software (including Recall Max)
• Foster a positive, accountable, and high-energy team culture

We're looking for a true leader, not just a manager:

• 2+ years of dental clinic management experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience (coaching and developing teams)
• Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance systems
• High energy, accountability, and a growth mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Flexibility to support a 7-day, extended-hours operation
